The St. Lucie County Growth Management Department is comprised of the Planning Division and the Tourism/ Economic Development Division. Growth Management ensures that land use planning and economic development occur in a rational and quality manner.

These two divisions work together in concert during the planning process of new commercial, industrial and agriculture development and to ensure economic benefits to St. Lucie County.
